Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you or a third party (other than the carrier) acquired physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (by email at visolioshop@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email).

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you (excluding delivery costs) no later than 14 days after the day we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Please return the goods in their original condition and packaging.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized, such as custom prints including personal names, dates, or designs created specifically for the buyer.
