Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store operated by Visolio (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Conclusion of Contract

By displaying products in the online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for those items.
The contract is formed when you complete the checkout process and click “Pay now”.
After submitting your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.

4. Products

All posters and prints are produced individually after an order is placed (print-on-demand).
Minor variations in color or size may occur due to different screen displays and production processes.
Such variations do not constitute a defect.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in the currency displayed in the store.
Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.
Payment methods available are those displayed at checkout (e.g. PayPal, credit card, Shop Pay, etc.).
The full purchase price is due immediately upon ordering.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Products are produced after the order is placed.
Delivery times vary depending on destination but are usually between 5 – 14 business days.
Delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or external factors are beyond our control.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law.
Details are provided in our Refund Policy.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized products.

8. Returns

If you withdraw from the contract or receive a defective product, please contact us first at visolioshop@gmail.com.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Customers bear the direct cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

9. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

10. Liability

We are liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and limited to foreseeable damages.
This limitation does not apply to injury to life, body, or health.

11. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.
If your product is defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos showing the issue.
Defects caused by improper handling or external factors are not covered.

12. Data Protection

We process your personal data only as necessary to fulfill your order and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you are an EU consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR) available at:

14. Final Provisions

If individual provisions of these Terms are found invalid, the remainder remains unaffected.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.
The version valid at the time of order applies.
